From the first property visit to final handover, Golden Gate Living manages every stage of the renovation process. We assess the existing space, define the scope, coordinate design and pricing, manage trades and site progress, and complete final snagging and handover across Marbella and the Costa del Sol.
We inspect the property, take key measurements, discuss your priorities and define a realistic scope, budget and delivery plan.
We develop the layout, finishes and material specification, then provide a clear written quote, programme and agreed scope before work starts.
We coordinate trades, materials, site activity and day-to-day progress, with clear oversight throughout the renovation.
We complete final quality checks, resolve snagging items and hand over the finished property ready for use.

Andy Macdonald brings more than 30 years of practical experience across refurbishment, structural alterations, interior fit-outs and project delivery in the UK, Spain and overseas.
At Golden Gate Living, Andy leads the on-site coordination of renovation projects, working with clients, technical teams, trades and suppliers from the initial review and strip-out through to finishes, snagging and final handover.
